Janpragati Education Society
The Janpragati Education Society is managed by duly constituted Governing Body. The society is registered Under Society registration Act XXI of 1866 rule vide registration No. 1398. The Pharmacy institution was established in 2004-05 with a motto of imparting value based education in the field of pharmacy and provides the services to the welfare of mankind. The Columbia Institute of Pharmacy is promoted by the Jan Pragati Education Society and is managed by a duly Governing body.Highly qualified and experienced professionals are included in the management for very effective functioning of the institute with an ultimate aim of developing this institute into a centre of Academic and Professional excellence and produce highly qualitative and competent professional in the field of pharmacy.
Mr. Kishore Jadwani, Chairman
Chairman of the society is Mr. Kishore Jadwani. He is pharmacy graduate from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University Sagar and a qualified approved chemist from food & drug administration of Madhya Pradesh Govt.
He hails from reputed business family of Raipur who are leading pharmaceutical retailers and whole sellers of this region and run their business in the name & style "Laxmi Medical" group. Besides this he has promoted industries engaged in manufacturing of petrochemicals & telecommunication products.
Mr. Harjeet Singh Hura, Secretary
Secretary of the society Mr. Harjeet Singh Hura, holds Masters Degree in Pharmacy from reputed Pharmacy education centre of India Dr. H.S. Gour University, Sagar (M.P.), reputed Pharmacy education centre of India. He has a vast experience in the field of production (with Ranbaxy), sales (with Alembic) and is a leading chemist for last thirteen years in the capital city of Raipur. He is the proprietor of Jeet Medical and General Stores, situated at Kotwali Chowk, Sader Bazaar, Raipur.
